Transparency in Coverage

As part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA), new Transparency in Coverage regulation require Self-Funded Health Plans to publicly disclose their in-network rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges in a Machine-Readable File (MRF).
