I made a choice… what’s next?
Time to find out just what you need to complete your project by requesting a project estimate. One of our Professional Independent Contractors will contact you, usually within 24 – 48 hours, to schedule the next part of your journey.
How much will this cost?
Your project estimate will give our knowledgeable store associates all they need to build your quote. You will receive a call when it is ready. Take the time to go to your local store to review. Your investment is large and worth the time. Don’t forget that we offer financing for product and labor when you decide that you want to move forward.
OK, what’s next?
Look out for emails telling you what to expect and detail of how to prepare your home for your installation. Once your product is delivered, your Professional Independent Contractor will schedule a start date with you. Depending on the product, this could be in a couple of days or longer to allow the product to adjust to your home’s environment.
Wow the day is here, what should I do?
We would say sit back, relax, and let the experts take care of it, but we do need a little help, and please plan to be present. There maybe unforeseen issues we need to discuss, plus it’s your opportunity to make sure you like the look of the floor as it is being installed. When complete you should walk the project to make sure you are satisfied and sign the completion paperwork.

Take time to become familiar with how to care for your floor… and now sit back, relax, and enjoy, and maybe invite family, friends, and neighbors to admire your great new look. You can have peace of mind that your installation is backed by LL Flooring's Limited One-Year Residential Warranty.
